Most buyers don't realize that walking into a new construction sales center alone is the single most expensive thing you can do in real estate. The builder's sales rep represents the builder, not you. They're not in trouble for selling you the wrong floor plan, or pricing in upgrades you didn't need, or letting you sign a contract without the buyer protections you'd expect.

When you bring a Hali's Angels agent with you on your first visit, the builder pays our commission — it does not come out of your pocket and it does not change the price of your home. What you get is a real buyer's agent reviewing the contract, negotiating the options package and any builder incentives, recommending which structural and design upgrades pay back at resale and which don't, lining up your own home inspector for the pre-drywall and final walkthroughs, and making sure your loan, your appraisal, and your closing all line up cleanly.

We've represented buyers in every major master-plan in southern Nevada — Cadence and Inspirada in Henderson, Summerlin's villages, Skye Canyon in the northwest, and the new construction enclaves at Lake Las Vegas. We know which builders' homes hold value, which floor plans are over-bedroomed for the lot size, and which communities are still in early phases (more bargaining leverage) vs. nearing build-out (less).
